Ford Ecosport Facelift India launch

After Maruti Suzuki Facelift S-Cross came to Indian Auto market, A similar trend of facelifted car is surfacing in the world Auto industry. This year, quite a few facelifted variants of popular cars is expected to launch till late December. Other than these two, Facelift Suzuki Ciaz is expect to launch in 2018.

The facelifted version of the Ford EcoSport compact SUV was first appeared at the famous Auto Show in Los Angeles. The New ecosport is made in India or more precisely assembled in India under the “Make In India” initiative by Modi Government. 

Ford Ecosport Facelift India launch is expected anywhere in 3rd or 4th week of October or may be right next day to Diwali. A good numbers of cars are delivered to major Ford Dealers across the Country, which indicates that the vehicle is ready to roar on the Indian Highways.

In this new Ford Ecosport facelift exteriors will feature a newly designed more aggressive headlamps as well as new raised bumpers which give more hawkish appeal on the face of the car.Compared to the previous model this time the new radiator grilles have significantly lesser cluster of chrome making it to appear more subtle and simple. Alloys are also updated in this Ecosport. New diamond cut alloys give it that sporty character.

There is also a major change in Engine department.Ford EcoSport Facelift features a new Dragon series of petrol engines for the very first time in Indian Auto market. This new 1.2 liter petrol engine will generate 120BHp of power and a mileage of around 15kmpl. Although the diesel variant has the same old 1.5 liter diesel engine scores 100BHp of power and mileage of 22kmpl.
