Recently Salman Khan launched his first song ‘Radio’ for his upcoming movie ‘Tubelight’ in Dubai, later on during a press conference he revealed to his fans and the media about his deadly disease that he has been suffering from years, the disorder is called Trigeminal Neuralgia.
This disorder is also known as the suicide disease because of the fact that many people suffering it develope suicidal tendencies. The superstar went on to confess that even he himself had developed such tendencies in the past.
The suicidal tendencies develope due to immense amount of pain in the face due to a nerve disorder
The superstar then said :
That’s one disease that basically has the highest rates of suicides…There is so muchof pain…I suffered that,” he then added, “So at that point of time, I realised that i need to work really hard. No matter how much pain you are going through.

What is Trigeminal Neuralgia?
This is a disorder caused by the inflammation/swelling of the Trigeminal nerve located in the face.
Causes of Trigeminal Neuralgia
There is no particular know cause for the disorder but doctors believe that tumors or a compressed blood vessel could be the cause.
Symptoms
The main symptoms of the disorder are immense pain on one side of the face, the pain can last from seconds to a few minutes. The pain can start suddenly at any time of the day making it hard for the patient.
